Nothing Else Matters (except Mortal Kombat!)

In case you haven't heard (and why haven't you!) Mortal Kombat is out in stores now, Mortal Kombat being my favorite fighting game and all I will be sure to post a lot of my experiences with it, as soon as I play this thing a ridiculous amount of time of course.

Marvel Vs Capcom 3 DLC

  

  For those of you not aware there is a poll going around on Capcom Unity, made by fans this a poll narrowing down DLC choices made by everyone in the community who voted. Popular characters like Venom, Gambit, Megaman X and of course Phoenix Wright, we the top voted. Personally I'd like to see Carnage instead of Venom (the psycho killer is cooler ;D) but the list looks great. I can't wait to see how Capcom responds, who knows maybe the community's wishes will come true.

Recent MVC3 Tournament

Recently I went to a nearby arcade in Spring, Texas to see the local Marvel Vs Capcom 3 scene at DNA Comics. As the game is only a little less then 2 weeks old I did not expect much. But I was surprised the moment I sat down that these players were clearly no button mashers.

I used my usual team of Wesker/Chun-Li/ Dante, I expected to see lots of Sentinel players and guess what... I did, but they used Sentinel strategically instead of running in only using brute force trying to break there way through, or standing back using Sentinels laser attack.

I Enjoyed my time over there, I'm happy to have met a nice place for lots of people interested in various types of things can go.
